What was the most memorable time you got lost/had no idea where u were?

When i was about 13 i went to this fireworks place with my friend and her family and i like told them i was going to the toilet inside the pub and asked if they could wait for me where they were so they were like “yeah sure we’ll wait for you” and after coming back from the toilet and back to the spot they weren’t there. So i walked round this massive place on my own and back in the pub everywhere to see if i could find them and i couldn’t so i walked back down this street to see if i could find the car, i couldn’t so i was walking around on this street on my own at like 12 at night crying my eyes out because i had no idea where i was and where anyone else was and my phone was dead so i couldn’t call my mum, but luckily these people who lived on my Nans street where there and recognised me and took me home to my mum instead of back to my friends. Later at about half 2 my friend and her family came knocking on my door “worried sick” and said they had been looking for me for ages. clearly not 

turns out they had left me to go get hot dogs, they left a 13 year old in a place with around over 100 drunk people on her own to go get hot dogs. & then the day after at school my friend had a go at me because apparently “i was stupid for leaving with my nans friends” even though i was in tears and i just wanted to go home and “i got her mum in trouble”. like no shit love maybe you should stay where you promised and we wouldn’t have had that problem.
